The One and The All

The One and the All Consciousness is the expression of all existence. Consider yourself as an individual, multidimensional expression of the One. Look around you. Consider every person as another unique expression of the One. Extend that recognition beyond humanity. To the animals. To the trees. To the Earth. To all of Creation. Notice the idea of separation. Notice compassion. Notice love. You do not have to arrive at an answer. Simply explore the recognition: The One is the All, and the All are the One. Individual, multidimensional expressions of the One. Unique, but never separate.
